My mother and I used to come here a lot until we moved but a few weeks ago we moved back and decided today to go out for lunch here. It was an extremely disappointment! The waiting staff were slow, rude and didn’t smile once. The host kept asking us if we had been here before and then proceeded to judge us for not wanting to go through the kitchen as we already had in prior visits. The Cesar salad was ok but had a way too much dressing and the baked ziti tasted like card board and the texture was as if it had been microwaved! I’m so sad that this place has gone so downhill to the point that we will not be returning. For people looking for good Italian food try a small authentic Italian place PA is filled with them.
lasagna must have been thawed once or twice and then refrozen before being baked and served to us. It was served in a bread loaf pan and dry. Coffee at $3.90 was served cold. Food to our party of 10+ Was served without announcing what it was... just putting it on the table for us to move around. That includes salads that we thought were for us to share... but two people actually order them for themselves. Lack of communication and mediocre food. Some of the other dishes looked good. Ours was bad. I've eaten at three other Buccas, and this was the worst. Or one main waitress was very nice and personality and professionalism, however . Thank you again for that!
Family oriented restaurant. Humongous portions. Come prepared to eat. Reasonable prices. Good customer service. Didn't care much for the cappuccino. Way too much froth and not enough liquid. Kinda turned off by how the hostess walks you through the backstage kitchen in order to seat you. I think its more appropriate to route through the lobby instead of the kitchen to seat customers.
Great food and service. The portions are massive, because it's a family style restaurant. My wife doesn't think I could finish their standard portion, but I totally could.
This was a nice clean restraunt. The food was fantastic. The bathroom was very clean kinda wish I had took my phone with me for a picture. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure all of your needs were taken care of. Went for lunch and it was a nice quiet atmosphere. For some reason their soda tasted exceptionally well. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often.
