I've been training taekwondo here for over two years. I started after sitting in the balcony for a year watching my son train in the children's class and thinking that I should be down on the mat as well. I was also so very impressed by the ownership of this gym and their commitment to excellence and customer that I wanted to become a part of the Dragon Gym family. My martial arts training has developed my stamina and conditioning, empowered me for potential self-defense situations, and challenged me to do more than I ever thought I could. Master Som is a masterful teacher, breaking down skills and techniques in a way that makes it easy for me to learn and imitate. I've recently paired this training with swinging kettle bells and feel even stronger. Cannot speak highly enough about this program.
