She never apologized and was completely unwilling to even see my point of view. She was so unprofessional and very immature.
I brought in a teen that I am responsible for medically. I left the waiting room to take a call and when I came back, they had called him back. I knocked on the door to be let back and when I got to the exam room, they had started to evaluate and administered a test. I felt as though they should've waited and I was upset. I expressed my feelings and the PA, instead of listening stated she felt "attacked". It became about her very quickly and she was sulky and indifferent. She never took anything I was expressing into consideration, whether I was "wrong " or not, I was upset and we are the customers.
The place is clean and everyone was nice but they wasted our time and most likely money as well. I called and explained my daughter might have broken her leg and asked if it was worth going there. They said yes and if it was broken they would refer us to an orthopedic surgeon. Her leg was in fact broken and 12 hours later we saw the surgeon who then told us she should have seen a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. So now we're off to CHOP or Dupont which is where we should have went from the beginning.
He name I believe was Nicole, I suggest seeing a Doctor at this particular establishment.. you may get a more professional experience.
Awful urgent care experience. Over 3 hours and still waiting. No one bothering to update those of us sitting here but jumping up for those who have an appointment. I have been a patient for over 6 years and followed my primary care doctor when the practice moved to this location. Utterly disappointing.
This was the worst experience ever.
We have used this urgent care on a couple of occasions over the years when seeing the PCP wasn't possible on such short notice/after hours and a trip to the emergency room wouldn't have been necessary...we have been happy with the cleanliness of the facilities and felt that we could trust the quality of care. It's good to know this urgent care is close to home should we need it again in the future.
Excellent Physical Therapy department. Very professional but friendly (can't say that about other PT facilities in the area). I credit them with my very fast and complete recovery after total knee replacement surger. Should I need my other knee done I will no doubt go back to Mainline Health.
