Great location, much larger than my local Round 1 in Tukwila WA. The crowd wasn't too large when i went and the machines were well kept. I did have some technical difficulty with my card, the first employee seemed totally unwilling to help me and expected me to pay to reactivate my card that he claimed was blank, or buy a new card. A supervisor was able to help me by offering an explanation as to why cards might not work between certain R1 locations. He then gave me a new card to use temporarily and waived the activation fee. Overall a great experience.

Called every day for two weeks to schedule a group party and they refused to book the group unless I spoke to one person who was never available. Ended up going elsewhere for much cheaper. Really awful customer service. I was there once prior to this experience and think their food and packages are over priced.

This place was a TOTAL disaster last night. My company had a party of about 45 people for a corporate team building event, with everything confirmed ahead of time. When we arrived, the Round 1 contact who had arranged the party was not there and hadn't told any of the staff they weren't going to be there. We had one employee (poor girl) who had only been working there a month, who was supposed to serve 45 people for 3 straight hours... and who had never hosted a party before, at all. I felt so bad for her. The manager wouldn't come out and talk with us because "he wasn't on the clock" yet. Are you serious?! The place was DEAD. There were maybe, maybe 10 other people there. If I were that manager, I'd want to make things right with such a large party and make that serious revenue. He eventually came out and was totally unhelpful and unwilling to fix anything, and even made the female employee cry in front of us. Not a decent human being or manager. The bartender was fine for our one "free" drink (he was actually nice and jovial). The final kicker is that they don't accept AMEX (which was an issue for us). This is a franchise, not a mom-and-pop shop... how do you not accept AMEX?

One star is for the staff. Not trained in customer service or customer relations. The place itself is five stars. Need to get better employees. Some walk around like it's the "hood". I didn't realize that I was walking into gangland. What a f-ing joke of a place. Employees suck, very rude.

We will never be going here again. If the managerial staff acted like that to us, and to their own employee in front of us, then we don't want to give them a single dollar of our business. We left and went to World of Beer, who jumped at the chance of a large corporate party and dedicated space and two full servers just for our party. That's how you win repeat business.

Went for the first time today. Absolutely love the place. Do not let the negative comments make you not want to come. It is a great place

my 3 year old loved all the games.
