I have been going to Balance for years, I have never had a bad experience. Holly is wonderful , the entire staff is so friendly and helpful. I would highly reccommend!
I was referred to Balance Hair by my daughter who sees Monica for her hair needs. I used the online scheduling option and was able to make an appointment on the day I requested. I was scheduled with Hope and had the best hair cut of my life! I look forward to seeing Hope whenever I am in the need of a trim or even a new look! Thanks Hope and Balance hair!
When my hair stylist left abruptly & removed all her scheduled appointments from the books, there was no way for the staff to know when I had appointments lined up. Debbie made sure I got in with Holly at almost the same time as my previously scheduled appointment. Then Thomas stepped in & squeezed me in to his schedule because I had booked out 2 months in advance. I was impressed at how quickly they rallied & they put customer service first. I've been coming exclusively to Balance since they opened & seeing how they handled this situation, I intend to continue to be a customer.
Balance Hair Spa is an amazing place full of an eclectic group of extremely talented stylists and support staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I LOVE my stylist Kara Dry. She is incredibly talented - and I leave feeling like a runway model every time!! When Kara was out on leave, other stylists kept me looking good. Everyone there is talented and dedicated. The salon itself is relaxing and hip and I love spending time there. Thanks for bringing in the Aveda line too! THANK YOU!
Note: Since this review, I left the salon after 10 years. I had a series of bad experiences. Paying for a keratin treatment that didn’t work because wasn’t done properly (I then got one done at a different salon & love it) and a terrible haircut! This review came up & I thought I should give an update. I haven’t been there for a year now .. my hair is finally healthy & im so glad I left!
I found Balance in 2015. Meet the best hair colourist and stylist ever!! They have a great staff, lots to offer, and I keep going back :-)
